I would like to express my enormous thanks for your help and guidance three weeks ago when I was preparing for surgery with Doctor Pistofidis.

As you quite rightly said to us, he is the best!!! Part of the package of excellence was undoubtedly the kind and professional support which you provided at the reception and administrative level. Naturally the fact that you could communicate with me in English helped enormously, but that was only a part of it! You are undoubtedly a major asset to the practice.

Thank you so much for your part in making an albeit relatively minor, but for me, stressful procedure so straightforward.
